The
Transcription Center was created to
provide high-quality transcription
services at a reasonable price, to
a wide range of clients. Since 1996, we have accomplished
this, along with a focus on continually
improving our service and quality
to our customers.
We
believe a vital element of excellent
service is making it easy to do business
with us. One way we do this is providing
as many options as possible for us
to access your material for transcription. We can work with tapes, CDs,
and audio files by conventional mail
or express delivery, but we also offer
electronic transfer of files through
FTP or by simply uploading your WAV
or MP3 file to our website. Contact us for a demonstration.
The
Transcription Center offers a wide
range of delivery options, too, from
email to hard copy transcripts, diskettes,
CDs, and uploading of completed files
to your website or other designated
location, and fax delivery.
All
material transcribed by the Transcription
Center is treated as confidential
and proprietary. Our team knows your material
is important to you and we treat it
as such. Special confidentiality agreements
are in place for customers with especially
sensitive material to be transcribed.
